Weekly Pay Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama 401K is great Vacation accrues after a year Sick time rolls over Sundays are off Good entry level job into sales Commission percentage with base pay

Cons

Not flexible Need to meet budget every month Watch over technicians that are still learning Cold calling when it is slow Reassignment happens a lot No Saturdays off unless requested off with Vacation time Commission percentage can change depending on what the store performs the previous year or if you get reassigned
