Pros

Pay was ok and pto was flexible

Cons

Pretty much everything else. Financially unstable and will lie to employees face if they need to save themselves. Really just weird culture that's all sunshine and rainbows even though behind the scenes they are crashing and burning. No respect for employees when they decide you aren't of use or they need to make cuts to keep the investors happy and not let them know they have wasted their money on a sinking ship.

Unlimited pto, many talented individuals

Cons

No clear goals, no transparency in path forward, abrupt changes constantly made without any explanation, meetings cancelled at last minute constantly, no team collaboration outside of region silos. Currently, more than half of the ASM team I am aware of including myself is seeking out new employment.
