Pros

Okay pay, $1000 towards a vacation each year. Not really sure what else to say.

Cons

2 layoffs, no raise in the time I've been there, no bonus, stripped us of unlimited time off which was the biggest selling point with them in the first place, no morale, toxic workplace where you only move up if you are friends with the right people.

Pros

The benefits and pay are competitive however you'd have to give us stability and growth. If you're chasing the dollar, I'd say go for it.

Cons

Do not wish to list all the negatives at this time. However, if you're looking for stability and growth... I do not recommend. Also, the management was great until they laid off those with great leadership qualities. My final manager was awful and that's all I can say about that. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Good Pay and Unlimited PTO High Ideals

Unable to Follow through on ideals Poor Management Lack of Clarity provided to Non- Upper Management Sorry to say it turned out to be the worst I've ever had. I couldn't leave fast enough and still feel fortunate to have left on my own terms.
