Great place to start a career, but not a place to grow

Pros

The people are the best. Big enough to be a high annual revenue company, but small enough to feel like a family. Work/life balance is great.

Cons

Salary isn't enough to live and grow on solo, so while the work/life balance is good there, you have to get a side hustle or part-time job. Also very hard to move up to a level where you have a chance to financially benefit as the more tenured employees are staying until retirement at this point.

A lot of the people are great and the company does a lot of things for their employees to make the environment more fun and engaging.

Cons

Salary amounts could be better for job roles.

Pros

Nice coworkers and was a very relaxed working environment once upon a time. I feel that when Covid happened things that were already rocky there finally came to light.

Cons

Favoritism is something that is clear. Diversity and disability understanding is low. Pay is less than average. A lot of turnover and then not hiring new people to replace them. Just adding extra work to those who stayed instead and not accommodating additional pay for the new work they have added. A lets put a band aid on this attitude instead of addressing the problem. Listening to concerns, but not taking them seriously. Not all, but a lot of the representatives got away with almost anything. From not doing their job right to sometimes being unapologetically mean to those who worked with them.
