Offers students of all backgrounds the access to higher education. Affiliation with Chapman University should mean that resources are plentiful.

Cons

Leadership disorganized and not actively engaged in the development of innovation or engagement of stakeholders committed to make Brandman a more dynamic place.

Pros

Some of the Enrollment Coaches are nice. 1 week off for Christmas break.

Cons

My experience with Brandman University was horrible. There was a lot of favoritism. The Management team lacks leadership qualities in every since of the word. Training for the position was horrible, it lacked the meat and potatoes of the job description. If you want to go home stressed every day, fret about your performance, lose sleep, have the life sucked out of you..work here. If you don't want any of the wonderful things I just mentioned, RUN, RUN AWAY FAST.
