Pros
Never have I worked with such wonderful colleagues. Everyone seems to have similar goals and be very motivated to provide students with the best possible learning experiences. The faculty and staff are very, very smart, compassionate, and love their students. This is a "high touch" university, especially if you choose to attend classes on campus, but even online. If you are in a professional field and can attend at least your program's courses on campus, I highly recommend that--the professors we have are very connected and active in their fields, and if you impress them, it's a great way to network! If you are thinking about making a move and want to be somewhere where great things are happening, this is your place.
Cons
We work a lot--it's fun and engaging, though, and there's lots of room for upward mobility.
