Culture is relaxed but hard working. Education remission is a nice benefit. Lots of flexibility for learning new skills.

Cons

Pay is somewhat lower than industry standards but that is probably due to the fact that the school is a non-profit org.

Benefits are great. I really enjoy and look forward to having a paid week in half at the end of the year to spend with my kids in addition to my vacation days and sick days. Can't beat that.

Cons

It's a very high political environment. The pay scale is not so balance between all areas and they do play favorites.
