Even though Higher Education in nature is a very traditional environment, Brandman is very innovative and is doing it's best to listen to employees and provide at least potential for hybrid working schedules where possible. It has a wonderful culture and really strives to help students. The upcoming transition to UMass Global sounds exciting and will be great recognition for the University.

Cons

Compensation can be a little lower than outside of education but since Brandman is a not-for-profit school, it is understandable. The benefits are very good though.
