Pros

An excellent environment to learn and grow with active and engaged leadership and upper management, and plenty of opportunity to move up if you work for it. Although a fast-food concept, it is verging on fine dining with the standards, quality food, and exceptional pay and good benefits. An excellent concept that is poised to rapidly expand over the next couple years.

Cons

Fast paced and relatively demanding environment may not be for everyone. Limiting but professional uniform standards (limits on piercings, tattoos, hair color).
