Training is very thorough and structured Is committed to using high quality ingredients and sourcing locally when available Cleanest restaurant I've ever been a part of Company is committed to providing all the tools needed to succeed (equipment, training and continuing education)

Cons

Communication from the very top level is often focused on improvement and misses chances to celebrate successes in a meaningful way. It can take a couple years to become competent enough at the management level to find a good work life balance. It has improved a lot during my tenure at the company but can still be a bit overwhelming when first starting.
