Pros

I was cross-trained in many different areas of the restaurant, so I was never bored. I was scheduled in a few different positions each week, so there was lots of variety. The management team is very friendly. The restaurant is in a nice location.

Cons

Like any restaurant, it can be extremely busy at times.

The Best Restaurant Management Job I've Ever Had

Pros

Food made every day, in the restaurant, never from a commissary. The freedom and encouragement to hire, train and develop my own team. Many people, from many backgrounds, able to grow and get promoted. An incredible neighborhood to work, with lots of activity and community.

Cons

Serving dine-in, Curbside, online, and delivery orders (which ended after the pandemic, but was still a huge problem!)
