Pros

I quickly became close friends with my co-workers. Brassica hires great people. You get a free meal every shift, scheduling is flexible, and management is pretty great

Cons

The restaurant can get really busy. Time goes by quickly, but it can get stressful.

Pros

I like that I was able to work all of the different areas of the restaurant and always keep learning. I had favorite areas but the shift went by quickly and it was well paying for what it was. They give you a free meal each shift and if you are interested in promotions there are opportunities for that

Cons

I don't love dealing with customers but they give you training and guidance on how to handle different situations

Pros

Surrounded by managers and co-workers who care about you, the guests and the restaurant. Really clean, organized environment. Flexible schedules - worked well with my college schedule. And a free (delicious!) meal for every shift.

Cons

There is a lot to learn in the beginning, but they give you a lot of training to make sure you feel confident.
