      Somewhat flexible scheduling, work from home, good salary.

      Cons

      Extreme stress environment, frequent calls and e-mails even on scheduled days off or on off hours. Must meet minimum production quotas. Frequent auditing of work. Frequent scare tactics used. Frequent “mandatory overtime” with no advance notice, requiring employees to work 12 hour shifts and weekends without prior notice.

      Management is horrible. They have you try to fulfill an impossible amount of number of phone calls in an hour with a time limit of a certain minute per phone call.
