      Pros

      Work at home was a nice option.

      Cons

      Poor pay as there was no pay increase in over 5 years even after the company received 4.5million in PPP covid relief money. They still laid off employees at the end of 2020. Several family members in upper management. They are transitioning to an artificial intelligence program to eventually not need employees yet still require high number of charts per hour.

      Pros

      Remote work, steady work, lots of OT if you need extra income.

      Cons

      Work to life ratio is absolutely horrible. Constant overtime which is mandatory even though they don't like to call it that. No raises at all after several years of employment.

      Hands on training to code the "Brault way".

      Cons

      Poor management. High turnover. Stressful. Poor communication. Never receive a raise. The rate you are hired at will be your rate no matter how long you work there.
