Thank you for sharing your concerns. We strive to ensure our employees are trained before being released to full production in our coding department. We pride ourselves on quality metrics for our clients, and we would not be able to provide those results without adequate training. In the coding department there are several avenues you can take to receive more training. Please feel comfortable to reach out to your supervisor, the department manager, or even the Director of Coding Integrity. The Coding Integrity team is always happy to assist.
