Employee- ownership means job security.

Cons

Pay is about 5% below industry average, no fringe bennies, no pay raises after a year and $25 Hannukah bone- us.

Growing, competitive pay and benefits, employee ownership.

Cons

Stuck in the old ways of viewing corporate functions as overhead costs to trim instead of invest in to respond to growth. Focus on cost control across the entire company is creating working hours and conditions that will no longer be competitive in the intense competition for workers.

It's hard to connect and build relationships w/remote team members. Keeping up with the trends in the industry can be challenging. We need the weather to favor us.
