      Great NYC office culture and work-life balance.

      Pay is ok and with the stock price down, TC is not what it used to be. Management is ok.

      Pros

      The people here are genuinely smart, thoughtful, and collaborative. The domain is interesting (way more far-reaching than just "marketing technology"), and the product is best-in-class.

      Cons

      We're constantly shifting direction and chasing whatever we think will please Wall Street or our largest clients. There's a lack of real strategy at the top. Challenged stock price leads to low growth/comp opportunities.
