      Excellent working teams that embody collaboration and team work. Some of the best talent I have seen in my career

      All good talents being driven away by a toxic tyrant leader who leads by building a culture of fear and mistrust. Anxiety and fear is the culture here.

      Pros

      Everything about working for Braze is a 'pro'. I have been here for about 2.5 years at this point, and I have never worked for a better company. Everyone at Braze is incredibly intelligent, very nice and approachable. This is the first company I have worked at, where the founders are still involved as much as Bill and Jon are here (in a very good way). As part of the Braze Security Team, we are given an opportunity to secure systems used by billions of people a day and it really makes you feel like your making a difference in securing so many peoples information.

      Cons

      The only downside to working for Braze is that I am fully remote, so I dont get to do many of the in office events. Everything else about working for Braze is amazing.
