Exciting company who constantly delivers quarter over quarter impressive growth and results

Cons

Braze is an exciting company to work for and on a great trajectory but over the course of my time the culture became increasingly worse and leaders joined who created a toxic environment. I experienced leaders who were disrespectful to their teams and talked down to their direct reports.
