A culture in transition

Pros

- Many highly-motivated, intelligent individuals - High emphasis on employee morale and willingness to invest in team bonding activities, a pleasant and welcoming office environment, and a well-stocked pantry - Leaders who care for their team members' professional growth and take the time to coach and mentor them

Cons

The challenges faced appear to largely stem from the organisation's struggle to transition from a start-up-like culture to that of a larger corporation. While ownership and autonomy are highly valued and encouraged, achieving them in practice is challenging within a growing, relatively large organisation. Despite good intentions, launching new projects often proves difficult due to the need to navigate multiple layers of bureaucracy across various departments. This creates a paradox: while there is significant red tape to manage, projects frequently lack a clear owner, making it difficult to move quickly and efficiently.

Nowhere is perfect

Pros

Great people, amazing product! Different teams have different culture but generally everyone vibes along. Some negative reviews here which are not entirely untrue but those individuals are probably not doing very well in the company or just not suited for this job. This place is not for everyone. It's also not easy but it's rewarding when you overcome these challenges Great benefits + work life balance Flexible work policy

Cons

You won't find anywhere that is perfect Some colleagues are harder to work with - but it's up to you whether you are up for the challenge (as i know there are worst and more toxic company) Salary can be lower than industry - not sure what benchmark the team is using Markets have different maturity but IC quota for certain teams are 'standardized' across the globe = which should not be Career opportunities are very limited, very dependent on whether you're a high performer AND most importantly, available headcount. But they are very flexible and allow you to join any teams and we've seen this for several colleagues who wants to make the switch
