      Pros

      Leadership open to suggestions and close to their employees. High potential to grow your career. Great culture, lovely offices, good benefits (particularly for a company that size), including maternity and paternity policies. A real willingness to take care of the employees. A lot of opportunities to join internal groups (whether fun or more serious, up to you!), ERGs, Diversity and Inclusion task forces, cross-functional teams, and meet and work with people outside your department and open your horizons. Flexible working and flexible holiday.

      Cons

      Normal growing pains of a start-up growing fast and doing well: still some processes to implement to scale better and a lot of hiring to do.

      Pros

      The management team is very smart, careful and strategic. They make well-calculated, thoughtful decisions, are incredibly transparent, and act consistently with integrity. They are also fantastic, approachable people. Employees are really taken care of- great perks, fantastic career growth opportunities and the company is growing and doing incredibly well.

      Cons

      Company is growing fast and people work hard. They also play hard together. But it’s not a place for people who don’t want to roll up their sleeves and really produce.

      • Very strong culture • Constant learning • Extremely intelligent and passionate coworkers • Trusted with strategic decisions / independence • Transparent leadership • All the perks of a start-up (flexible time off, snacks, paid lunch, etc.)

      Cons

      There are a few inexperienced managers that struggle to provide mentorship to greener direct reports
