Braze is a great environment to work for. Everyone is supportive and helpful. They really want to see you succeed in the company. Not to mention, great perks and a wonderful work/life balance.

Pros

I have been involved with many NYC tech start ups and Braze’s overall company, culture, management and people have surpassed them all. Braze offers a true family environment where you have the ability to meet co-workers during lunch (catered daily) and during special outings and after work functions. Seems like management truly gets to know their employees and always strive to make sure you are happy and growing professionally and personally. Our CEO and CTO are very involved within the company which is great.

Cons

Nothing as of yet- overall all positive.

- good work life balance - smart people - good managers - catered lunch every day - a commitment to excellence

Cons

- many offices, so hard to remember everybody's names and how they slot into the org chart
