      Pros

      The product really works and makes differences for customers. I think the product strategy over the next few years makes a lot of sense and Braze is going to do really well against competition. They are really well positioned.

      Cons

      Seems like nowadays no one really is happy there. Lots of the core leaders (people that have been there for 5+ years) are all starting to leave. not sure why though

      Pros

      Braze has a warm, open culture that is friendly and social. There are a ton of ways to get involved beyond your day job, which makes it easy to fold yourself into the larger community in a meaningful way. There are a ton of smart, cool people who generally want to work together to help our customers grow and succeed. I truly believe in the product, too!

      Cons

      You do have to navigate office politics, especially as we get larger. DEI is a big initiative that the company is actively working on, but the make-up of leadership doesn't reflect this, which makes it hard to take big plans seriously.
