      Workplace Flexibility: A+ (Whether you want to work from home full time, have a hybrid experience, or come into the office 5 days per week...this company is the best in the business when it comes to flexibility. This is crucial for so many reasons, especially since in-person culture is no longer the end all be all of creating a positive workplace culture. Well done, Braze.) Benefits/Perks: A (Job well done to the HR team!) Leadership Team: A (Huge thumbs up to the Leadership Team for making Juneteenth a company holiday.)

      Pros

      Transparent, open leadership. Always feel valued, from team leadership, through the department, all the way up to the C-Suite. You will work with good, honest people. Salary is always fair and the company is always trying to improve the employee-employer relationship. The free lunch is awesome and the office is really cool (when we were still able to enjoy those things : (

      Cons

      More robust parental leave would be nice. Benefits and perks generally could be a little stronger. Some other companies offer things like annual headphones budget, transportation, citibike memberships, etc.
