      Pros

      Managers really care about their people, while having high standards. Employees are given opportunities to try out other roles or improve in their current if they are struggling. Growing really fast. Opportunity to have really big impact still.

      Cons

      Planning and road mapping, sometimes putting the cart before the horse. Except rarely, I don't know what I'll be working on a month out. Incident management is sometimes harder than it should be.
