      Pros

      As someone whose been at Braze for a few years, I can say with confidence that I feel comfortable about the company’s growth during these uncertain economic times and respect their openness to let employees work remotely with ease.

      Cons

      We’ve started to see things like company parties and lunches go away, but this has been communicated as a temporary move.

      Pros

      Braze really is that ideal place to work. The team, product and leadership are incredible. There is " open door" teamwork across every department. And if you need help figuring something out, management will help you with no judgement or condemnation. They are invested in you succeeding on a personal and professional level. It's very cool to be 100% yourself and focus on doing good work. - Strong product that works well. - Very social and fun loving team and culture. Even remote you feel connected. - The best logos and clients in business

      Cons

      As everyone else says, this place requires alot out of you mentally . There is heavy expectation to onboard alot of intricate information. It can take months for it all to click. So you can feel frustrated for a while trying to keep up on all the processes. But they are really well documented processes. So it's manageable. You'll find your self doing too much work at times. It's hard to shut off as there's always something left to be done. But managers trust you enough to handle your workload. There's encouragement to take PTO when and how long you need, to recharge.

      - Great culture, with a strong work ethic and great work-life balance - High scale. Lots of technical challenges and interesting problems to solve. - Small and strong engineering team. You still can make a significant impact as an individual - Engineering led company with strong support for innovation

      - Fast-growing startup means technology is still maturing. But there is a consistent effort in making it better.
