      Pros

      The people are great to work with, teams are collaborative and helpful, and managers are supportive. Flexibility to work hybrid. The culture is also a big plus - there’s a strong sense of connection, and lots of team-building events.

      Cons

      things can sometimes feel process-heavy.

      Pros

      I’ve been fortunate to work with great teammates and managers in the region. Everyone on the team is helpful, kind, and supportive of one another. At no point during my time at Braze have I felt helpless or poorly treated. The team consistently works together and maintains a highly collaborative environment.

      Cons

      There are periods when the workload can be quite heavy, but my direct supervisors and teammates have consistently done their best to provide support and help manage it.

      Pros

      - A breadth of opportunities to learn, grow, and excel. In the time I've been part of the business, I have grown more professionally at Braze than I ever did at any of my previous companies. - It is incredibly fulfilling to be behind a product that is truly innovating and disrupting in its space. - An incredible culture built by hard-working, deeply-caring and awesome humans. 'Sunday scaries' doesn't exist here. Everyone - whether they're in your direct team or not - is fantastic to work with and to be around.

      Cons

      - Resources/budgets mean you do need to be scrappy to succeed... but where is this *not* happening in the current market? All things considered, the way Braze navigates this is a lot better than most.
