- Product is great and can aid in pretty much all customer use cases, it's a very easy sell and self intuitive. - CS team care about you as a human not just an employee. There is a great familial vibe here where everyone chips in to help each other. Everyone is welcoming, and wants to see each-other succeed.

Toxic management during my time there. Overall it’s still a pleasant experience as there were nice team members around that compensate it.

Fantastic company culture and benefits Helpful teammates and leadership Exciting and fast growing industry Fun to work for such a highly acclaimed company

Cons

The BDR role is a grind and it's not the most fun day-to-day. The perks of the company and the people helped, but if you do not want to go into the Account Exec role or Customer Success role, I wouldn't suggest doing the BDR role. Very low base compensation - not realistic to hit the OTE that they say in the interview process.
