      - The product is good - Very flexible work location options - The organization is filled with generally smart and kind people

      The departments become very siloed and cross-company communication and cooperation can be difficult

      Pros

      It's been a fantastic journey in Braze and I truly appreciate the well defined, inclusive and totally flexible work environment here. Braze takes care of it's employees not only in terms of career growth but also on personal level. There are several amazing benefits, that makes life easier. And of course, all the working options are available (Fully remote or Hybrid or In-office), so you can work at your own pace. Totally recommended!!
