It's been a fantastic journey in Braze and I truly appreciate the well defined, inclusive and totally flexible work environment here. Braze takes care of it's employees not only in terms of career growth but also on personal level. There are several amazing benefits, that makes life easier. And of course, all the working options are available (Fully remote or Hybrid or In-office), so you can work at your own pace. Totally recommended!!

Solid pay, good moat in the industry

Cons

Vibes became adversarial following shift in market conditions. Uptick in frequency and severity of IRTs due to constant pressure to ship. Everybody looking after their own backs.
