The pay is decent Okay benefits (tuition reimbursement, fitness reimbursement, weight watchers, health, vision, dental, 401k, stocks) Amazing associates Steady work and stability

Cons

Unrealistic work load (associate:leader) Not open to new ideas or opinions Work/life imbalance Outdated technology Micromanagement Poor leadership Poor guidance Little growth opportunity unless you are "liked"

Pros

Incredible people, good benefits, comprehensive training.

Cons

Female leaders consistently received feedback on their faces (looking intimidating/unapproachable) and male leaders did not. Leadership workload and audit process is unrealistic.
