      pay is super good they give a lot of overtime during winter

      they micromanage everything you can't even step out to go to the bathroom without them messaging you already no room to grow

Regarding your concerns about micromanagement, without more detail, it's hard to assist. Our workforce management team is pretty good at knowing who is available on the phones to handle our customer call volume.... and we need you to be available when you're scheduled. It's not so much about micromanagement as counting on you and your skillset to be there to help our customers - which is a compliment to your skills.
