3yThanks for sharing that you found that managers valued the same things you valued -- open, honest communication even in the corporate environment. We DO care about what you have to say and ask a lot of questions in quarterly surveys to hear what our associates think!
Not sure when you left but we have made Flexible Time Off easier to manage by putting it in the hands of the associate to responsibly manage their requests and to take time off when they need it (or when the workload lightens unexpectedly).
