      Thanks for your review of the Collections Representative experience! We're glad to hear that you love the flexible scheduling (we all do!!) and the support from our management! If you have compliments for a specific leader, we'd recommend that you use Pass It On for your leader -- managers care about receiving appreciation for their good work, too! We offer tiers of incentive compensation and there are established metrics to qualify for those incentives. These metrics also allow us to provide training support if an associate is struggling in a certain area.

      This was my first work from home job and I loved it. Once I tried it I knew I would never go back to the old traditional office ways.

      It spoiled me – in good ways and bad.
