      One thing the management team here at Bread Financial excels at is communication! They keep us on top of things without inundating with more information than we could ever remember or even need.

      Pros

      I worked as a Collections Specialist for Bread Financial for almost three years. In that time I worked with a group of wonderful people and enjoyed the experience very much. Any time I had a complaint I went to management and it was resolved quickly. I miss that about working there.

      Cons

      Every time I had a complaint it got resolved so I don’t have anything to add to this section now that I’m no longer there.
