Employees are above customers here. That means if the customer’s wrong you can tell them and you don’t have to put up with any of their bad attitudes either.

Pros

There is zero drama in the work environment at Bread Financial. They don’t tolerate it and I for one appreciate that. I’m tired of working in offices that are no more than glorified schoolyard playgrounds with how clique-y and childish everyone acts. It’s a breath of fresh air and if for no other reason I can’t see myself leaving.

Cons

I’m making less than I was at my last job but I don’t care because my mental health is doing so much better.
