Huge emphasis on team work and collaborating to complete projects I though it would get annoying when I first started, but it ended up being my favorite part about working there

Cons

Not everyone has the same attitude towards the teamwork aspect

BF is a great place to work, especially if you’re right out of college. I started as a recent graduate and I gained a lot of invaluable experience.

Cons

It was good for a season, but long-term I felt like prospects were low.
