Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. Taking care of our people is critical to our success. We certainly had a few IT challenges in 2022 but the team has really rallied to work together and come up with solutions to minimize the impact on our customers. We appreciate their hard work and dedication!

Pros

My four years at Bread Financial were some of – if not the easiest – the most worthwhile. The experience I gained from all of the challenges we faced as a company has made me invaluable in today’s market and skyrocketed my earnings potential beyond what I could have ever imagined when I first started there. If I could give any advice to the people on this site who are looking for a company to work for… DON’T work for the company where all the reviews praise it for being so “easy” and “fun”. Because that’s not the kind of environment that’s going to support your growth and help you get the most value from the time you spend with a company. Instead of viewing your career as “how can I make the most money for the least amount of work” you should view it as “where can I get the most experience so that I become the kind of person who will be seen as so valuable to potential future employers that I can pretty much set my own price”. ESPECIALLY if you’re just starting out in your career. But even if you’re further on, it’s never too late to change your perspective and practically quadruple your value in only a few years time. But even if this advice falls on deaf ears, I just want to say that I’m grateful to the management team at this company for all of the opportunities they presented me with and all the advice they gave me. You guys are real ones.

Cons

I don’t have anything else to say. Work here yourself and make up your own mind about whether or not you want to sit around complaining or be the person who steps up to the plate and problem solves.
