They offer great benefits and they make you feel like they care for you. In terms of compensation, they give very similar to the industry standards but their bonus structure is pretty amazing. Great work/life balance.

Cons

There is a lot of bureaucracy in the company, and it seems like licking senior management is valued more than actual knowledge and skillset

Cons

cut-throat culture, focus on sales at all costs, 14-hour days. too much on everyone's plates. i saw someone crying every day. Employees are informally evaluated on weight and fashion choices.

Was a good place to work, till Ralph took over. Now it's nothing but over work and eventual lay offs. Current IT employees are over worked and Those being let go were lied too directly.

Cons

Leadership is very new york and inside based. If you're not on the inside of that, you're job is in jeopardy.
