3yWe think you mean "culture" instead of "vulture" -- such contrasting words that sound similar! :) We do appreciate our associates managing their schedules, commitments, and responsibilities. We also encourage them to manage their needs for paid time off -- we give them the flexibility to take the time they need to recharge and refocus so they can return to work refreshed.
