It looks like you've been with us for <1 year, so welcome to the team!! Making your own schedule allows you to fit work into your real life. You'll probably start to hear us talk about "work-life harmony" which helps our associates make work "work" in their lives and provides them with some well-being support along the way. Be sure to check out the virtual fitness classes, back-up childcare, eldercare, and pet care, and read more about our new mental health benefit that provides personalized support options... all part of our internal wellness program called Living Well.

Thanks for the feedback -- we're glad to see you enjoy the flexibility of schedule, your co-workers, and the career experience you're getting here! Our compensation team is regularly reviewing our comp structure to ensure we're competitive and fair and we regularly make adjustments to increase where necessary. We'd encourage you to have a discussion with your supervisor about the level of support you need in terms of the frequency of coaching sessions. An interactive dialogue may be helpful in getting your the support you need and the speed you need it so you two can agree on mutual expectations. Ultimately, that is what one-on-one sessions are for!
