Stable company, but results-driven over service-driven environment

Pros

The company was a strong performer in their industry, offering a degree of job stability. They offered a great deal of flexibility, with a work- from- home model as well as competitive pay. Management is kind and professional as well. There was a great deal of support provided if you need help with honing your skills.

Cons

The environment changed over the years, to become more cutthroat and focused on collecting the highest amount of money, to the detriment of providing long-term solutions that worked for many of the customers. Also, there was virtually no opportunity available to make lateral job moves.

Toxic environment and they direct and macro manage you. Using project managers to manage Scrum and anti pattern is the order of the day. You can't have an input, not a good company to work though pay is good. No happiness as everyone is looking for who to tell on.
