A lot of smart people but no leadership or direction

Most employees are very kind and smart

Cons

No work life balance, teams are too lean on the client services side.There is no leadership alignment (i.e. client services is not aligned with marketing, finance, brand production etc. There is also no accountability or communication from above the director level. Career development is not clear. The company laid off tons of employees at the end of 2019 and is now trying to fill a ton of open roles. It doesn't make any sense and they let a lot of great talent go

Pros

Decent money, benefits, and incentive compensation (at times).

Cons

The company makes some pretty poor choices which caused the company stock value to go from over $200/share to $30/share and eliminated 500 employees due to the incompetence of the senior leadership team made up of millionaires. Then they exit 500 innocent employees to make up for their mistakes so they can hit the numbers to get their bonuses.
