company health care plan is good, café is ok

Cons

everything else, pay is comparable to fast food service, propaganda and lemings are vast. If you are a free thinker or speak your mind, even if you ask questions you will not be a "team player".

- Pay is decent - Good amount of time off

Cons

- Removed bonuses - Treats employees poorly - Revenue is going down, they are "restructuring" which means laying people off without notice. - Training is poor.

Thank you for your feedback. To enable Alliance Data’s card services business to better leverage resources, and capacity, work was consolidated into other Alliance Data facilities that perform the same or similar functions. All impacted associates were given 60 days paid notice of their separation date and then will be eligible for severance after that. We are taking several actions to ensure they have the financial and human resources support to make their transition easier.

Really good pay, above industry standard, without even a college degree. They give you all the training you need, plus they have a ton of benefits. They really take care of their employees. I only left because I was moving for school.

Cons

stress: it's a call center, and you have to deal with angry customers. that's pretty much the only bad part. Great co-worker community.
