      Great company to work for!

      Pros

      So many opportunities in moving up. Great culture of the company. I started 3 years ago as a New Hire Trainer. Since then, I have become a Work@Home trainer and then a Virtual Training Specialist using programs like Zoom and Adobe Connect.

      Cons

      There is a lot to learn, but had been a great journey.

      Cons

      It's not a company for people who are afraid of change. The company is constantly working to evolve and stay relevant - which isn't always a great fit for those who like stable more rigidly defined boxes to check every day.
