Pros

Competitive salary, decent benefits, some good coworkers.

Cons

A highly stressful, ever-changing, goal-oriented job where there is little care for the well-being of employees and only a care for the financial accomplishments of the employee. Tell you you'll advance quickly but you don't.

Thank you for taking the time to share feedback. We take feedback like yours very seriously and we will share it with leadership. Our industry is extremely fast-paced, but we are sorry that you feel the environment is stressful. We encourage our associates to discuss any concerns about work load or stress in a constructive manner directly with their managers, or, if you prefer, with your HR coordinator so that we can help.

Pros

Having a great manager and team makes all of the difference. I have both, so my experience at ADS has been fantastic. In my experience, this company genuinely cares about its employees, and about doing the right thing for their cardholders. There truly is an 'open door' policy here, and I've never felt intimidated about offering feedback to management. They explicitly ask for honest feedback, listen, and take it into consideration.

Cons

I realize my 'con' comment is minor in the big scheme of things, but I dislike being an hourly employee for the simple reason that I can't roll over unused PTO (up to 40 hours) to the following year. Hourly associates must use it or they get paid out. I'd rather be able to roll it over to the next year. Again, I know it's minor, but it's still a con in my opinion.
