Thanks for the compliments in your review!! There have been some big changes in our IT organization recently that will help us compete in the highly competitive payments and lending marketplace. We are continuing to modernize our technology and launch innovative products and capabilities. We're transitioning to an Agile domain-based delivery model which will allow us to be more responsive to change and foster continual improvement, and improve collaboration. Pretty good place to work

Pros

Driven company culture, very supportive, very collaborative, company will offer a few good surprises throughout the year such as holiday bonus, extra holidays off etc.

Cons

Management is overwhelmed which leads to poor relationships, bad technical issues lately.
