      Pros

      Alliance Data is a great place to work because they provide work life balance to their associates, growth and development opportunities and they constantly find ways to give back to the community.

      Cons

      Having a global team limits face to face interactions with teammates.

      Pros

      The people at Alliance Data are what truly make it such a great place to work. Although it's a large corporate company, it doesn't really feel like it! Leadership cares and wants to help you succeed. Other pros include a competitive salary, work/life balance (i.e. ability to work from home), wellness benefits (i.e. gym), 401k match and culture that encourages associates to stay at Alliance Data and grow.

      Cons

      It's a bit of a complicated business to enter into at first, but once you get acquainted everything is fine :)
