Thank you for this sincere review! We absolutely agree with you that our leaders have their hearts in the right place and are pushing initiatives for the right reasons... to make us all better and provide a superior product in the market in an ethically responsible way. We are involved in a lot of community initiatives to give back to those we care about and allow our associates to give gifts to the non-profits they care about too. Thank you for this review -- it's something we know but that not every associate includes in a review!

You sure described us (and this author) very well! With about 7,500+ global associates in the US and India, we're not a mega-corporation, but it does sometimes feel like there are a lot of departments and sides of the business you may not be exposed to on a daily basis. We look for intellectually curious people who want to figure things out and get into those details to come up with ways to improve.... or as we sometimes say: "to think outside the bank!"
