Pros

Growth opportunities. Fun/nurturing culture focused on growth. There is a unique focus on productivity that isn’t numbers driven but behavior/mindset driven. Small company; everyone knows each other

Cons

The focus on growth does include paid-for classes/courses that can cover either clinic e our business topics. Participation with these classes can affect work-life balance to a degree; but there is flexibility for sure.

Great Culture and Work-life Balance

I am so appreciative of BreakThrough Physical Therapy. Being part of a company that values work-life balance, growth, and patient care is hard to come by especially in today’s market. I cannot express how grateful I am of the culture that is reinforced across the board. Having control of scheduling, no “quota”, mentorship, 401K match, stocks, student loan reimbursement and more! I work at the Clinic in Boone and my patient population is primarily sports/athletics. To this day I have yet to take documentation or work responsibilities home which is very uncommon especially in this population. Would highly recommend BreakThrough Physical Therapy for any Physical Therapist that is looking to work for a company for the long-haul!
